All financial transactions on the 399ba platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 399ba supports deposits and withdrawals through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Bangladeshi banks. 399ba does not accept deposits from payment methods registered to a third party — all payment methods used on your account must be registered in your own name.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and may vary by payment method. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 399ba will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance periods, or technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
